Since 1984, Beth Karam-Putt has been a highly recognized pastry chef and artisan creating innovative cake designs, masterfully interpreting ideas and themes in chocolate, gum paste, rolled fondant, marzipan and royal icing. She personally designs and hand creates each custom cake. Sweet Sisters(TM) Assistant Pastry Chefs are trained by Beth and have completed Associate Degrees in Pastry Arts from leading Culinary Institutes and Universities.

A recognized leader in the industry, Ms. Karam-Putt’s talent and product is a chosen topic for journalists, critics, designers and event planners. In July 2004, the ‘Fab Five’ selected her creations for a TV segment on the Bravo Channel’s “Queer Eye for the Straight Guy”.
