Cakes
· Spongecake: Chocolate or Vanilla , Lemon or Orange Scented .
· Hazelnut, Pistachio or Almond Genoise: Spongecake made with finely
ground roasted nuts instead of flour.
· Devil's Food Cake
· Carrot, Banana Cake or Fresh Apple Raisin Cake: Nuts are optional.
· Flourless Chocolate Cake
· Very Light Spice Cake

Fillings
· Chantilly Cream: Most Popular. Light and refreshing. Best accompanied by
one kind or mixed seasonal fruit.
· Mousse: Semi-sweet, white chocolate or mocha, Amaretto, Grand Marnier,
Pumpkin, plus more.
· Exotic fruit mousses: Mango, Passion Fruit. Seasonal fruit mousses:
Raspberry, Strawberry, Lemon, Lemon-orange, Lemon-Lime.
· Chocolate Truffle: Rich, dense or whipped light.
· Cream Cheese or Maple Cream Cheese

Icings
· Buttercream: Made with real sweet butter. No sweet gritty taste. Highly
recommended for any elaborate decoration.
· Ganache: Semi-sweet chocolate glaze.

All cakes are 3 layers of cake with 2 layers of filling. Liquor and nuts are optional. Irregular shaped cakes including hexagonal, heart and oval may be ordered. All fresh ingredients. Cakes are presented on a color-embossed foil board.
